Money and work both are like siblings. But I believe when you work hard; money will flow to you. So work is more important than money. Only hard work can help you put another feather in your success cap.
Perhaps satisfaction is the most important one..,not just the money or work..We may not be satisfied even if we have the money..but our performance will definitely give us the satisfaction as wel as the money..So ultimately,we must go for satisfaction and decide which of our action is going to give us the same..

Well, it is a cycle. Money leads to motivation, which leads to hard work, which in turn leads to more money. (This is true especially for incentive - driven jobs.) So money and hard work are like the 2 sides of the same coin.
